Residential Renovation Technician
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Residential Renovation Technician to help renovate and maintain residential homes. This role involves a wide range of construction and remodeling tasks, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can solve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential renovations and remodeling projects
- Install flooring, trim, doors, cabinets, and baseboards
- Repair and finish drywall
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Install and repair fixtures and hardware
- Perform light plumbing and electrical work (as permitted)
- Complete carpentry projects and framing repairs
- Install tile and perform basic masonry work
- Assist with demolition and site preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Identify issues and recommend practical solutions
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders when needed
- Positive attitude, dependable, and professional

- Vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, or tile flooring

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
