RN Duties
- Provide quality nursing care and administer medications safely
- Monitor resident vital signs and changes in condition
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Supervise CNAs/LPNs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
RN Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Up-to-date physical examination
- Current TB test (PPD or QuantiFERON)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately
