We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential electrical experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in single-family homes, multi-family units, and residential remodel projects.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, outlets, and equipment in residential structures

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to ensure compliant installations

Diagnose electrical issues and perform effective troubleshooting and repairs

Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and new construction wiring

Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical code requirements

Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent

Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Train and mentor apprentices when needed

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Arkansas)

3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred

Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight environments

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication and customer-service skills
