Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and quality craftsmanship. Core Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Quality Assurance: Monitor progress on-site, ensure work meets company standards and client expectations, and conduct regular site visits to identify and address quality, timeline, or performance issues.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, discussing scope changes, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee work performed by subcontractors, negotiate pricing, schedule work, evaluate performance, and address deficiencies.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, track, and maintain project budgets and schedules; update job records and prepare progress and final billing documents.
- Permits & Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Change Orders & Documentation: Process and coordinate change orders with clients and subcontractors; maintain detailed records of materials, work, and communications.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of materials and tools; allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven background in commercial and residential construction with supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams, negotiate with contractors and communicate with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Must have a Mass. Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- Driver's License: Valid license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
