What You'll Do
Go out into the community, connect with homeowners, and help them protect their most valuable asset. You'll run inspections, present solutions, and close contracts — all while being supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you win.
What You'll Earn
- $560/week training pay for your first 8 weeks while you get up to speed
- 8–10% commission on every approved contract (self-generated leads pay more)
- $500 bonus for every self-generated Work Authorization you secure
- Top performers earn well over 6 figures — and our comp structure rewards you for selling smarter, not just harder
