JOB SUMMARY
Experienced Press Brake Operator. The ideal candidate would be familiar with using a Delem Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and run 10' Ermak Press Brake with Delem Controller
- Change out press brake punches and dies
- Bend 14ga, 16ga, and 18ga stainless steel
- Parts that will be bent include small items (e.g. hand-sized brackets) and large items (e.g. wide sinks)
- Make adjustments to press brake settings to ensure quality of bends are per standards
- Perform routine maintenance
Support other departments, including preparing and packaging products to ship to customers. Potential to learn and use Fiber Laser cutter machine.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years operating a CNC Press Brake
- Proficiency driving forklifts
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Prolonged periods of standing, pushing/pulling, lifting, and operating press
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check & drug screening
