- Experience working in the Wood Framed Construction or Building Materials Industry.

Strong understanding of structural systems and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam.

Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency.
Preferred:

Prior CLP or NMBS knowledge and experience will be preferred.

Bachelor of Science Degree

(2-3) years of wood frame construction experience.

Knowledge of industry pricing trends and value engineering strategies.
