Whether you're studying Business, Hospitality, Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, you'll develop transferable leadership skills that will prepare you for success long after graduation.
This internship combines operational leadership, coaching, business development, and guest experience into a structured learning environment where you'll be challenged, mentored, and equipped to grow.

Part-time or Full-time Internship

Flexible scheduling around academic commitments

Be available to work at least one weekday/night

Throughout the internship, participants will receive intentional leadership development:

Learn to lead shifts alongside experienced restaurant leaders

Participate in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment

Deliver exceptional guest experiences

Assist with operational excellence, food safety, and quality standards

Take ownership of an assigned leadership or business project

Learn business basics such as managing expenses, recruiting and hiring, driving sales, legal basics, etc.
