Location: Willow Grove, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $20 /hr starting range and increasing with experience & credentials.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a preschool or Pre-K classroom, fostering a warm and structured environment.
- Create hands-on, exciting learning experiences that promote child development.
- Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication.
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers, helping to create a collaborative teaching team.
- Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independence in young learners.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associates/bachelors/CDA highly preferred.
- 2+ years (2,500 hours) of experience in childcare
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
