Sentry Force Security LLC is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Virginia DCJS Armed Security Officers to provide security services at municipal government facilities throughout Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior security patrols
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Verify identification and control facility access
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and security procedures
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Officer Registration (Required)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background investigation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous armed security experience
- Military or law enforcement background
- Government or municipal security experience
- CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
