neighborhoods with local residents to advocate for the change they want to see in their

About the Position: The role of the Data Associate is to help the Development & Data Director,
Administration team, and Fiscal Sponsors with building digital capacity. The Data Associate will
support the Development & Data department through data management including grant focused
support and database administration. This position may be required to train and support staff at
the local level on changing data practices for the organization. This position is based out of the
Los Angeles office.

duties as directed by your supervisor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Working with the Data Team on tracking, reporting systems, and data infrastructure.
● Compiling data and documents for grant/contract invoices and grant management.
● Working with the Data team & LA Staff to build capacity in data, websites, and software
for the ACCE offices and Fiscally Sponsored Organizations
● Managing Online accounts such as Nationbuilder and Hustle.
● Effectively meet regular deadlines for recurring processes
● Uploading and cleaning contact lists on PDI, CallEVO, ThruText, Survey123 and other
outreach software as necessary.
● Pulling and compiling reports from PDI, CallEVO, ThruText, Survey123 and other
outreach software as necessary.
● Collecting, managing, and reporting monthly non-centralized data (workshop attendance,
in person outreach, tenant navigation)
● Provide technical support for ACCE Staff
Key Qualifications:
● Deep commitment to social, racial, and economic justice and organizing centered work
● Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
● At least 1 year of work/experience as a Data Associate or similar role
● Strong spreadsheet knowledge and skills.
o Specifically experience with google sheets, excel and formula building.
● Ability to critically think through complex problems.
● Sufficient understanding of math and finance to help track reporting and invoices.
● Aptitude to acquire and learn new technologies and software.
Compensation: Pay is Tier I 2026 pay starts at $28.78 an hour, and scales up based on
experience. ACCE offers healthcare, life insurance, and 401k to full time employees.
