- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and damaged fixtures.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, faucets, toilets, water heaters, drains, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine plumbing inspections.
- Read and interpret plumbing plans, diagrams, and specifications when required.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Identify the cause of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Complete service documentation, estimates, and work orders accurately.
- Respond to emergency plumbing situations when required.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
- Perform plumbing installations for new residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Complete plumbing rough-ins, including water supply, drain, waste, and vent systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures, appliances, water heaters, and related equipment during the construction process.
- Coordinate plumbing work with general contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades.
- Ensure installations meet applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and company quality standards.
- Inspect completed work and identify and correct issues before inspections or project completion.
- Work efficiently to meet construction schedules and project deadlines.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
