Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing policy details, providing claims assistance, and offering exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails from policyholders regarding policy details, coverage limits, billing queries, and general insurance questions.
- Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations as requested by clients, including updating personal information, adjusting coverage, and modifying beneficiaries.
- Claims Assistance: Provide information and support to clients during the claims process, helping them understand the steps involved and required documentation.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Collect, document, and enter data into multiple systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy changes.
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying customer needs and marketing appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance is encouraged but not required.
