We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery with a primary focus on hiring Program Management Office (PMO) talent in the Dallas market.
This role is ideal for a tenured technical recruiter with 10–15 years of experience, including deep expertise in AI recruiting, executive hiring, and highly specialized data/AI-driven roles.
In addition to PMO hiring, this position will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment of AI, data, and digital talent, partnering closely with senior business leaders to attract and secure niche, high-demand talent across data science, machine learning, AI engineering, and advanced analytics domains.
You will operate as a strategic talent advisor at the executive level, owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from market mapping and talent strategy through offer close—while helping shape the growth of Capgemini Invent’s Dallas hub.
In this role, you will:
Own full-cycle recruitment for PMO and other priority roles in Dallas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Lead recruitment for AI, machine learning, and data-intensive roles, building strong pipelines for highly technical and in-demand talent
Drive executive-level hiring, including senior leadership and niche technical experts within AI and data domains
Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive pipeline development
Partner closely with senior business leaders and executives to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and workforce plans
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across AI and data ecosystems
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring strong engagement, communication, and process excellence
Manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Leverage recruiting data, analytics, and insights to optimize pipeline health and hiring outcomes
Drive continuous improvement across recruiting strategy, tools, and processes
Build and strengthen Capgemini Invent’s employer brand in Dallas, engaging with local and national AI, data, and executive talent communities
10–15 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on AI, data, and engineering talent
Proven track record in executive recruiting, including hiring for senior leadership and hard-to-fill, high-impact roles
Extensive experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data science, data engineering, and analytics roles, with deep understanding of technical skill sets and evolving market dynamics
Experience hiring PMO, program, and project management talent, preferably within consulting or professional services
Demonstrated success operating in complex, high-touch recruiting environments, managing multiple business lines or functions
Strong knowledge of the Dallas talent market, with the ability to build and leverage local and national talent networks
Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and executives, acting as a strategic talent advisor
Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity requisitions
A data-driven mindset, using ATS systems, recruiting metrics, and analytics to inform decisions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on experience and alignment
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.90/hour - $46.71/hour.
