- We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through the final sale and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers while building rapport to understand their needs
- Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on lifestyle and budget
- Conduct engaging and informative test drives
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently
- Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally
- Complete all required sales documentation accurately
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Comfortable using social media, video, and digital tools to generate leads and support a professional sales brand
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - College/University Graduate preferred
- Proven experience in a dealership environment required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a busy retail setting
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) for engaging diverse customer bases
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools to streamline processes and track progress efficiently
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies applicable within automotive or related industries
- Skilled in outbound sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation efforts
- Familiarity with automotive finance options, inventory control procedures, and dealership operations
- Customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
