Responsibilities:
All things associated with service of the guests in a casual dining restaurant.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide feedback to ensure skill development
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify training needs and create customized training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in food production and service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver training sessions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and create a positive learning environment
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and materials simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in training content and materials
- Ability to adapt training methods based on individual learning styles and needs
