Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of managing projects from start to finish.
Account managers at SmartWrap dedicate their time to communicating with clients about projects and creating work orders based on those communications. Account managers also schedule wrap installations while updating the client and team on all projects daily.
SmartWrap values High-performing employees with friendly personalities and great communication skills. Candidates with formal training experience must demonstrate their ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of our process. All candidates must showcase their ability to communicate effectively, exhibit comfort with speaking with clients, and possess strong organizational habits
Critical competencies:
- Communication : Excellent communication skills, be comfortable with phone email and in person communication.
- Organization : Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, documenting all communication
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing priories and timelines
- Attention to detail: This skill is critical, making sure the details are taken care of ensures that your projects turn out on time and as expected
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
