Options Naturopathic is Ohio’s longest-standing naturopathic medical clinic. For over 25 years, we have practiced integrative medicine, homeopathy, and integrative oncology, and we run a thriving online apothecary. Our work is grounded in a simple premise: people have an innate capacity to heal, and our job is to support that. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that work, not just fill a role.
The Role
This position runs our apothecary and e-commerce operations day to day, with additional work in marketing, internal systems, and team support. You will work directly with our Founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Apothecary & E-Commerce Operations
- Purchase products daily, accurately and on time
- Manage inventory to maintain availability and minimize overstock and conduct annual physical inventory and daily cycle counts.
- Process and ship orders daily
- Handle customer inquiries, including phone orders
- Receive and stock wholesale orders upon arrival
- Maintain vendor relationships to protect margins
- Keep product images and descriptions current on our online shop
Marketing & Communications
- Design graphics and materials in Canva for newsletters, events, and educational content
- Draft and manage email communications in our CRM
- Create marketing content, execute newsletter and social media posts and maintain brand assets
Systems & Team Support
- Own back-end operations in Shopify (store and POS) and Google Workspace; support our CRM and Asana
- Cover patient care and administration during staff absences
- Assist with team coordination, events, and educational programs
What We’re Looking For
Mission alignment matters here. Candidates who aren’t genuinely interested in naturopathic medicine and integrative health tend not to thrive, regardless of their other qualifications.
Beyond that:
- Proficient in Shopify and Shopify POS, or able to get there quickly
- Experience in purchasing, vendor relations, e-commerce, or marketing coordination
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Comfortable in Canva; picks up new software without hand-holding
- Customer-focused, reliable, and exercises sound judgment
- Willing to work in person in Cleveland Heights
Compensation & Schedule
Pay is based on experience and skill set. Benefits including health care, earned PTO of 8 calendar days and an apothecary discounts are included. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift and occasional events may require flexibility during three weekends per year.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
