Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems: water supply, drainage, sewer, gas piping, fixtures, and related components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing/system layouts to determine scope of work
Cut, thread, bend, install, or replace pipes, fittings, and fixtures; solder or weld when required
Troubleshoot plumbing issues: leaks, clogs, pressure problems, malfunctioning fixtures, or piping failures
Perform inspection and testing of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
Provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in organized, ready-to-use condition
High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
Proven plumbing experience (light residential and/or commercial), ideally 2–5 years
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to read blueprints, specs, and plumbing/system drawings
Solid knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, installation practices, and safety standards
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Physical stamina: able to lift, bend, climb ladders, crawl, and work in variable conditions (wet, confined spaces, etc.)
