About the Role:
Morning Maids is seeking experienced, detail-oriented home cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. We handle the client bookings—you focus on delivering excellent service. Choose when and where you work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and trustworthy
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying
- Deep cleaning (fridges, ovens, etc.)
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Understand this is an independent contractor role
