What You'll Do
As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration

Insurance & Payments: Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports

Chart Management: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services

Cash Handling: Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation

Team Support: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED
-
2+ years of experience in a medical office setting

Working knowledge of Epic (preferred)
