Responsibilities include
- Support new product development by ensuring the quality and integrity of the materials including pulp, paper, polymers, and chemicals
- Develop and validate testing procedures
- Identify root cause of issues, develop problem solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Establish testing requirements to ensure material and product meet state and federal quality standards and customer specifications
- Create standard operating procedures for proper use of lab equipment / SOPs for testing processes, safety protocols, and quality control
Requirements include
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor preferred
- Experience with the aforementioned responsibilities within materials lab
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present technical data
Pay: $25.15 - $37.00 per hour
