- Top Earning Potential: Base pay starting at $25.00/hr (based on license tier and experience) plus 10% commission from profits. Expected total earnings range from $50k to $150k+.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, service, repairs, and installations.
- Deliver clear, honest communication and exceptional service to homeowners.
- Operate dispatched jobs efficiently while maintaining local safety and Texas plumbing code standards.
- Keep your company-provided vehicle clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
Qualifications:
- License: Active Texas Plumbing License
- Experience: Atleast 4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and strong troubleshooting skills.
