Job Overview
Gvision Research is seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Manager (clinical trial) to drive growth in the pharmaceutical markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clinical research industries. This role builds strategic partnerships with sponsors, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), biotechnology companies, and healthcare organizations to expand the company's portfolio of clinical research and pharmacovigilance
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and government sectors to expand the organization’s reach.
- Develop sales strategies for clinical development and pharmacovigilance services etc.
- Involved in Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) responses.
- Collaborate to prepare competitive proposals.
- Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, pharmacovigilance, or clinical research industry.
- Demonstrated success securing contracts. Track record is important
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs and contract negotiations.
Preferred Experience
- Existing network of pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors.
- Experience selling pharmacovigilance, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, or medical writing services.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and global clinical research regulations.
