Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Oversee the delivery of quality resident care.
- Coordinate daily nursing operations and staffing assignments.
- Promote compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and quality standards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
