What We're Looking For
- Active Georgia real estate license or currently completing the required 75-hour course
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
Newly licensed agents are welcome to apply—experience is not required.
Position Details
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity. Agents will work with buyers and sellers, follow up with leads, show properties, host open houses, and develop client relationships.

Pay: $99,341.66 - $119,637.27 per year
