Part-Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist customers and team members, and help keep administrative processes running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision. A “Type B” personality would be the best fit for our team.
This is a part-time, in-person position, with the possibility of hybrid remote work after 6+ months of demonstrated efficiency, reliability, and independence.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Approximately 4 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including preparing contracts, answering customer service calls, responding to emails, and assisting with operations and logistics
- Maintain organized online filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and tracking deadlines
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative without constant direction
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently and remain productive
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with different personalities and maintain professionalism
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor are a plus
