Electrical Estimator | Industrial & Commercial Projects | $70K–$95K | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
X3 is hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to support large-scale industrial and commercial electrical projects. If you have experience estimating electrical scopes, performing takeoffs, reviewing drawings, and building accurate bids, we want to talk with you.
This is a full-time opportunity supporting EPC power infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission, and distribution systems. You will work closely with leadership and project teams to create accurate estimates that drive successful project execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates including quantity takeoffs, labor units, material pricing, and subcontractor quotes
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addendums to identify project requirements
- Develop accurate bids from concept through final submission
- Maintain pricing and estimating databases using ConEst IntelliBid
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams on project scope and labor assumptions
- Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Support estimating processes and mentor junior estimators
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years of industrial electrical estimating experience
- Experience with electrical construction projects (substation experience highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents
- Experience with estimating software such as ConEst IntelliBid, Trimble Accubid, or McCormick
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and PDF markup tools
- Understanding of job costing, labor units, markup, and profitability
- Electrical field experience as a Journeyman Electrician is highly valued
Preferred Background:
- High school diploma required
- Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
