A well-established regional commercial real estate company with a diverse portfolio of properties is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and community-minded Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role based in the heart of San Francisco's iconic Mission District — one of the city's most culturally rich and creatively vibrant neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities Property & Tenant Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant needs, concerns, and requests
- Interview prospective tenants and manage the full leasing process from inquiry to signed lease
- Collect and process monthly rental payments accurately and on time
- Foster a welcoming, professional, and community-oriented atmosphere throughout the building
Facilities & Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including:
- Light plumbing repairs
- Bulb and fixture replacement and adjustment
- Painting and general upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repair needs
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
Administration & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations with strong time management and organizational skills
- Maintain accurate records using the Microsoft Office Suite and Timberline
- Perform basic financial calculations related to rent collection and reporting
- Ensure compliance with San Francisco municipal codes and regulations
Community Engagement
- Represent the company in the Mission District neighborhood with professionalism and warmth
- Build and nurture connections with local businesses, organizations, and community members
- Reflect and respect the cultural richness and diversity of the Mission District
What We're Looking For ✔ Required Qualifications
- ~3 years of broad managerial experience (property management experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine, outgoing personality
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to rental payments
- Comfortable performing light maintenance tasks as described above
- Valid state driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Professional, confident, and polished personal presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing creative, mixed-use, or arts-focused commercial spaces
- Familiarity with the Mission District and San Francisco's small business community
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — a significant plus given the Mission's vibrant Latino community
