Platform Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds (Custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation). Support DevOps practices utilizing Salesforce DX, Git branching, and CI/CD pipelines across multi-org environments.
Integration Engineering: Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise platforms including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Data Engineering: Support massive data migration efforts from legacy environments (such as Microsoft Dynamics), driving ETL/ELT logic, validation scripts, and reconciliation frameworks. Partner with Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Data Cloud teams to enforce strict data governance.
Generative & Agentic AI Delivery: Actively leverage Agentic AI software engineering platforms (Windsurf, Devin, or equivalent) daily for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation. Integrate Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and GenAI-enabled flows into live case management workflows.
Governance, Security & Agile Execution: Ensure all builds adhere to field-level security and sharing model best practices. Maintain strict compliance with NERC compliance and utility-sector regulatory standards. Participate actively in standard Agile ceremonies, maintaining release defect counts below a strict 5% threshold.
Salesforce Core: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, production-grade solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, and bulkification patterns).
Enterprise Integrations: Proven experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware environments like MuleSoft.
Data Migration: Direct engineering experience handling legacy system migrations involving ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and cutover execution.
AI Tooling (Mandatory): Active, daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a production software delivery context with measurable quality and productivity outcomes.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required).
