Job Duties Include:
- Performing patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions and evaluating treatment effectiveness
- Educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed
- Participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to further clinical skills
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed therapist in North Carolina, maintain current licensure and provide license annually
- Must be able to lift, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, squat, bend and reach using good body mechanics
- Must practice and abide by HIPAA, Federal and State privacy regulations
