Experienced Bartender Wanted – Casa Pizzeria

Casa Pizzeria is looking for an experienced, dependable bartender who is comfortable working in a busy restaurant, bar, dine-in, and takeout environment.
The right candidate must know how to prepare a variety of cocktails, serve beer and wine, and provide friendly, professional customer service. This position also involves assisting customers with dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, and wine accurately and efficiently
- Operate a POS system and process cash and credit card payments
- Take customer orders
- Manage dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and other employees
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle customer concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area
- Assist with basic liquor, beer, wine, and supply inventory
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when products need to be reordered
- Follow all alcohol-service, food-safety, and restaurant policies
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Strong knowledge of common cocktails and mixed drinks
- Experience operating a restaurant POS system
- Basic inventory and stock-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and customers during busy periods
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
- Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
Experience working in a restaurant that handles dine-in, takeout, online ordering, pickup, and delivery is strongly preferred.
