Position Overview
The Researcher plays a key role in supporting our courthouse research operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and contributing to a fast‐paced, accuracy‐driven environment. You’ll travel to assigned courthouses, retrieve requested records, and upload results into our secure company systems. This is an excellent entry‐level opportunity with room to grow into expanded research or operations roles!
Essential Responsibilities
Courthouse Travel - Drive to assigned locations within your territory to complete daily research tasks.
Record Retrieval - Pull work‐order lists from courthouses or public terminals with accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional Relationship Building - Maintain positive working relationships with courthouse clerks, civil servants, and internal colleagues.
Digital Submission - Scan, upload, and process results through our secure cloud‐based data management system.
Software Proficiency - Maintain working knowledge of all tools, programs, and procedures required for the role.
Confidentiality - Handle all sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Physical Requirements - Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day while completing courthouse tasks.
Screening Requirements - Must pass background check and/or MVR screening (as applicable).
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
