The Idaho School Boards Association is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design Associate to lead the design and production of ISBA’s print and digital communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys meaningful work, variety in projects, and collaboration with a mission-driven team. This is a full-time, non-exempt, at-will position.

The Idaho School Boards Association (ISBA) is a non-profit service organization providing policy services, legislative advocacy, leadership support and quality, cost-efficient board development to association members. Founded in 1942 and representing more than 800 locally elected school board members throughout Idaho, ISBA strives to improve public education for all Idahoans through the continued development of community leaders.
WHAT A DAY IN THE POSITION COULD LOOK LIKE:
As the Graphic Design Associate, you’ll manage and create a wide variety of print and digital materials that support ISBA programs, events, communications, and statewide initiatives.
PROJECTS MAY INCLUDE:
- Quarterly SLATE magazine
- Event promotions and conference materials
- Brochures, postcards, flyers, and advertisements
- Website updates and digital graphics
- Logos and branding materials
- Social media and marketing content
This role collaborates with every ISBA department and offers meaningful creative variety. Multiple projects and dead lines are often active at the same time, making organization and adaptability essential.
LOCATION: The ISBA Office is located in downtown Boise, Idaho. Employees are offered a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days per week from home and 2-3 days per week from the office.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
