HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman
Pay: $34-$40/hr
Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead commercial HVAC and sheet metal projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Sheet Metal Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers
- Install commercial sheet metal and HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate labor, materials, and project workflow
- Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
- Train and mentor crew members in the field
Requirements:
- Previous Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent experience
- Strong commercial sheet metal installation background
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of IMC, SMACNA, and OSHA standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
