We are seeking an experienced Cvent Registration and Website Builder and Mobile App Builder to join our growing Event Technology team as a Technology Coordinator.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our technology team and clients to deliver high quality registration sites, websites, and mobile apps for meetings and incentive programs. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in meeting and event planning who is looking to grow their career within event technology.
This is a fully remote position.
What You Will Be Doing

Lead the endtoend build and optimization of event registration platforms that support seamless attendee experiences.

Experience building and managing event mobile apps using platforms such as SpotMe and AttendeeHub.

Ensure online registration websites meet the specific needs of each event, and are clear, concise and easy to navigate.

Design and implement professional, creative, and onbrand website pages, including Home Page, Agenda, Venue, FAQ, etc.

Confidently build registrations for a diverse clientele, with site needs ranging from basic to complex.

Work with the team and endclient to review the initial implementation and make required changes to registration and websites.

Anticipate client needs and make suggestions based on expertise to improve overall website flow.

Thorough testing throughout the project cycle to ensure accuracy of implementation, validation of flow, settings, and various configurations.

Design and create event communications

Creation of online surveys utilizing the Cvent Technology Suite.

Respond to all internal and external support tickets in a timely manner.

Respond to client/speaker/attendee technical issues and inquiries with accelerated response times

Manage project workflows and timelines within Monday.com and collaborate crossfunctionally through Slack.

Ability to travel up to 10 percent annually, typically 2 to 3 events per year, to provide onsite technology support, including mobile app and live event support.

2 years of experience in corporate meeting and event technology

2 years Cvent registration event build experience, and must have excellent knowledge of Flex

Crafting solutions in Cvent to fulfill client needs through innovative approaches.

Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities, enabling the concurrent handling of various tasks while upholding stringent quality standards.

Possess strong technical and data management skills

Exhibit exceptional problemsolving abilities while maintaining composure in highpressure situations.

Basic understanding of Cvent’s API Integrations and Webhooks

Proficiency in Cvent Flex, SpotMe, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.

Experience with HTML and Photoshop a plus

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

Web design experience (Preferred)
