322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are looking for friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Servers to join our team. Our restaurants are known for award-winning BBQ, crave-worthy donut burgers, and over-the-top pancakes—and we’re growing fast.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Guide guests through our unique menus (donuts, burgers, BBQ, and breakfast!)
- Take orders accurately and deliver with care
- Work closely with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth service
- Keep your section clean and guest-ready
- Promote catering options and gift cards when appropriate
You’re a fit if you:
- Have experience in a full-service or fast-paced casual restaurant
- Are comfortable handling a high-volume environment
- Take pride in your appearance, pace, and professionalism
- Love food and have the hustle to match
- Can work a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends
- Bartending experience is a plus
