Resilience Counseling is a locally owned and operated Hawai’i based therapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to our community. We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team. If you’re a passionate and experienced therapist looking for a flexible work arrangement, we want you to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
-Provide individual therapy sessions to clients
-Conduct thorough assessments and treatment planning
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in online EHR/database systems
-Collaborate with staff and other therapists
-Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
-Maintain updated CAQH, licensure requirements etc.
Requirements:
-Licensed as a therapist (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D.) in the State of Hawaii
-Must provide and maintain malpractice/ professional liability insurance
-Ability to work independently and manage your own scheduled sessions with clients
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Commitment to providing evidence-based and client-centered care
-Comfortability/knowledge with technology and web-based systems (e.g. Gmail, Google Suite, Theranest)
