Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead and oversee all facets of roofing project execution within our organization. Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, providing clear direction and support to meet project objectives efficiently.
- Oversee construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate project schedules.
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Facilitate effective project communication among stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction estimating, project scheduling and project management software tools such as ProCore or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Deep understanding of roofing regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, and regulatory compliance specific to commercial roofing projects.
- Skilled in managing construction budgets, cost control measures, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction site operations with a focus on quality assurance and safety protocols.
