Job Purpose:
· The Hospitality Procurement role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of goods and services required for the smooth operation of a hospitality business, such as hotels and resorts. This role ensures that all procurement activities align with the company's budget, quality standards, and operational needs while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals and maintain long-term relationships.
· Develop bid proposals, prepare and process purchase orders
· Manage/facilitate the approval process of products with vendors and interior designers; assist interior designers with alternate selection options if needed
· Site visits as needed
· Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and service standards are met with our needs and accommodation
· Communicate with the client and customer, providing regular status updates and managing any questions or changes
· Ensure all goods and services meet the required quality standards and are compliant with health and safety regulations, sustainability guidelines, and company policies
· Identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality
· Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
· Adaptable and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Must be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
· Must have knowledge of residential or commercial interior design and FF&E specifications
· Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
· Ability to navigate and interpret architectural, interior design drawings and design specifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with vendors, designers, construction, and general contractors
· Proven ability to produce accurate and timely reports and forecasts
· Must be detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and grow with the company

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
· Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control
