Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant for an automotive business to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to serve diverse needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, and maintaining supplies inventory.
- Support calendar management and scheduling for government Tow contracts.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and basic excel.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support experience is required; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading is essential.
- Proven proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a professional setting.
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., Bookkeeping or QuickBooks) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
