Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead and manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, providing expert legal counsel and representation across a wide range of practice areas. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will drive successful outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of civil litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with their cases
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, and more to provide comprehensive legal solutions
- Stay current on evolving laws and regulations relevant to civil litigation and related fields to ensure best practices are followed
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience handling civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and courtroom protocols
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis for case analysis and strategy development
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce compelling legal documents and correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Prior experience working in a law office environment with exposure to diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law or related fields is highly desirable

Pay: $150,052.60 - $250,428.94 per year
