We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Technology Recruiter specializing in the rapidly evolving Healthtech sector. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and secure top-tier health technology professionals who will innovate and elevate our organization. This is a 1099 commission-based role. Your energetic approach will ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a focus on building lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams alike. Duties
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for healthtech roles, including technical positions, executive leadership, and entry-level talent, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent acquisition software such as ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate fit through technical recruiting methods, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently within HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, campus recruitment programs, and industry networks to expand talent pools.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using ATS systems such as Taleo or UltiPro while ensuring adherence to employment law in talent management practices.
Skills
- Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting within the healthtech or healthcare technology industry.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Deep understanding of technical recruiting processes and tools including social media management (recruitment), HRIS systems (Workday, SAP), and applicant tracking systems (Lever, iCIMS).
- Ability to manage talent acquisition projects from research to onboarding while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law.
- Experience in executive recruiting, campus recruitment initiatives, and employee orientation programs.
- Skilled in relationship management, cold calling for lead generation, and leveraging social media marketing strategies for recruitment outreach.
- Knowledge of HR legal compliance related to contracts, employee relations, employee evaluation, and succession planning.
- Familiarity with HR legal frameworks such as employment law in talent management practices and internal recruiting standards.

Requirements:
- "healthtech" SPECIFIC recruiting experience [please DO NOT apply without this prior experience]
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle technical recruiting in the HIGH-GROWTH STARTUP experience.
- At least 3 years of healthcare staffing /or healthcare IT recruiting experience AS A CONTINGENCY SEARCH RECRUITER.
- Proven success recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, DevOps, and other technical roles.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, works efficiently and CAPABLE of working "autonomously"
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI/ML, cloud, or digital health organizations.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.
- healthcare staffing or CLINICAL healthcare staffing (physicians RNs etc) experience.
