HOTWORX – 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-Hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

The GM is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a motivating and inclusive environment for our members and staff.
Responsibilities
Candidate interested in joining out team should expect to be successful in the following:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HOTWORX Colorado Springs, CO (Northgate) studio, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals.
- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service to keep long term members.
- Ensuring excellent customer service daily by maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere, addressing member inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, including implementing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting community outreach, and fostering relationships with local businesses by phone, text, email, social media, and talking with prospects at local events.
- Monitor and analyze studio performance, including revenue, attendance, and member retention, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
- Management candidates should be able to successfully motivate and lead the membership sales team by achieving personal sales goals and providing coaching to the sales staff to meet their personal sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility by overseeing maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition, and recommend innovative ideas and improvements to enhance the member experience and studio offerings.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency across all operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and marketing experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends, best practices, and competition.
- Proficient in using computer software, digital marketing, and social media content management.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fitness, Health, Business, Hospitality, or Related Field (preferred but not required)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (current or must be obtained upon hiring)
We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free fitness studio membership, and product discount.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
