The Cleveland Clinic team at Indian River Hospital is looking to add a Department Supervisor III to the team who will support the Rosner Family Health and Wellness Center . This role will oversee around 35 caregivers in various roles such as Office Coordinators and Patient Service Specialists. You will maintain staffing efficiencies and budgets, approve timecards, ensure clinic workflow, o rder supplies and more. Through leading the team and problem solving, you will help assist critical areas in making sure that patients are being taken care of in a timely manner . Here, you will be able to advance your leadership skills with each interaction, which can lead to growth into other management roles. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday between 7:30AM – 6:00PM.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- In some locations, ability to transport up to 25 pounds
- May require the ability to operate various types of powered material handling equipment.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50
