About the Role
ImpactRealities Media is a Bradenton-based production company creating real estate and lifestyle content across the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Manatee County market. We produce YouTube series, social media content, and community-driven video that builds real authority, not fluff content that disappears into the feed.
We're hiring 3 to 4 Field Cameramen to capture live content out in the community. You'll be shooting real estate content, neighborhood features, on-location interviews, and personal brand content for our founder. This is run-and-gun field work: real locations, real people, real stories.
We're not looking for button-pushers. We're looking for people with the videography eye, that natural gift for seeing the shot before it happens, knowing how to frame a subject, and instinctively understanding what makes content people actually watch.
What You'll Do
· Shoot on-location video content across our 13-city market footprint, including neighborhoods, new construction communities, commercial properties, and community events
· Operate our full professional kit: Sony mirrorless camera bodies, DJI gimbals and stabilizers, and professional audio gear
· Capture content for YouTube episodes, short-form social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style), and personal brand storytelling
· Follow shot lists and creative direction while bringing your own eye to every shoot
· Work directly with our founder and production team on recurring content days
· Handle equipment with care: setup, breakdown, batteries, cards, and gear checks
· Deliver organized footage to our post-production pipeline
What We're Looking For
· The videography eye: strong instincts for composition, movement, framing, and storytelling. This is the number one thing we hire for
· Hands-on experience with mirrorless or DSLR cameras (Sony experience a plus)
· Gimbal experience or the coordination to learn fast (DJI RS series a plus)
· Comfortable filming people: hosts, clients, guests, and community members
· Reliable, punctual, and professional. When there's a shoot, you show up ready
· Able to take direction and run with it without needing hand-holding
· Local to the Bradenton, Sarasota, Manatee County area with reliable transportation
Nice to Have (Not Required)
· Experience shooting real estate or property content
· Short-form social content experience
· FAA Part 107 drone certification (we have a separate drone role, but it's a plus)
· Basic understanding of lighting on location
