Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Contractor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care across a variety of clinical settings, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and care quality. As a Contractor RN, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient assessments, manage complex cases, and support discharge planning. Your expertise in diverse medical environments will contribute significantly to positive patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Monitor and document changes if a client experience major health issues after being discharged from a hospital as ordered by the physician.
Maintain compliance with DHH guidelines as appropriate.
Responsible for assessing patient needs, managing care plans, providing education and support to the workers, clients and their families as needed and ordered by the physician.
Supervise other nursing staff and coordinate care with other health care professionals as needed.
Provide Services as needed and ordered by the doctor.
AOL Supervision & Delegation
Delegate allowable nursing tasks per the Nurse Practice Act to the LPN staffed
Document delegation and ensure LPN's competency for decision making.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with state Medicaid regulations.
Submit progress notes, supervisory visit logs, and incident reports for all as needed
Follow HIPAA and Medicaid confidentiality rules.
Adhere to Medicaid service limits and prior authorization requirements.
Compensation
Hourly/visit rate: $45
RN will be paid monthly upon submission of complete and compliant documentation when duties are completed.

Independent Contractor Status
The RN is not an employee of Activities of Daily Living Services, Inc.. The RN will maintain their own professional liability insurance, current licensure, and continuing education.
