Retail Sales Store Manager
Job description
Retail Store Managers are key to driving the business and meeting sales goals at the store level with a focus on overall store improvement in a growing company. Some responsibilities will include:
Interacting with customers in a retail sales environment
Demonstrating a professional attitude and appearance
Determining needs of the customers and closing sales
Determining store needs and suggesting improvements
Handling cusotmer orders, tracking sales and delivery
High level customer follow up
Maintaining store cleanliness and display
Effectively communicating with uppper management
Other duties as assigned or essential
Base pay plus commission and other incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
