We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and service-minded leader to oversee the Care Program, support the client service team, and ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do
Lead the Elevated Care Program
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the Elevated Care Program.
- Manage the member experience from enrollment through annual renewals.
- Develop and improve workflows, service standards, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to increase member engagement and program value.
Lead and Support the Team
- Supervise, coach, and support the Elevated Care Benefits Administrator.
- Delegate work, monitor performance, and provide feedback and guidance.
- Partner with firm leadership on staffing, program goals, and process improvements.
Serve Our Members
- Serve as a primary relationship manager and escalation point for Elevated Care members.
- Respond to member questions by phone, email, and text with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Handle sensitive or challenging conversations while maintaining a welcoming client experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of client communications.
Manage Program Operations
- Coordinate annual renewals, benefit administration, document review cycles, and member communications.
- Plan and coordinate member workshops, events, newsletters, and educational materials.
- Track participation, renewals, retention, service needs, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain program calendars, records, procedures, and reporting tools.
- Protect client confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling personal, legal, and financial information.

- An effective people leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented, especially in difficult situations
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Airtable and Zoom is a plus
- Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
Preferred Experience
- Customer service, client success, program management, member services, or operations
- Supervising, training, or mentoring employees
- Managing recurring programs, renewals, events, communications, or administrative processes
- Experience in legal, financial, healthcare, insurance, banking, or another professional service environment is helpful but not required
