Golden Age Home Health Agency is a Medicare Certified Agency presently seeking RNs with home health care experience to service Naples and Fort Myers, FL. This position will provide evidence based skilled nursing to our patients in the privacy of their own home. Registered Nurse will be self-motivated to act independently, still be a successful team player, have a strong work ethic, compassionate attitude, and be driven to provide excellent care. Qualifications:
- Current Florida RN license and MUST have a minimum of 1 year home health care experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Up to date continue education/in-services
- Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to see ALL patients including COVID patients as needed. (PPE provided)
- Willing to help with ADL's such as assisting patient's with showers as needed.
